Enablence is a leader in optical design and manufacturing for planar lightwave circuits (PLC). We are a leading provider of optical chips for datacom and telecom, and we are expanding into many other applications, including LiDAR, OCT and accelerated computing for AI workloads.
We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Pacific Islands. This role focuses on sales support, including documentation, order management, shipping coordination, and account registration. A strong analytical mindset and experience working with B2B customers are key for success in this role. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Documentation
Assist with quotations, order processing, shipping documentation, and RMA (Return Material Authorization) management.
Process sales documents, including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
Track and report on customer engagements, order progress, and delivery timelines.
Data Management & Analysis
Collect and organize sales data to conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights.
Maintain accurate customer data in the cloud and assist in sharing test reports and other materials.
Customer Relationship Management
Schedule and coordinate meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on customer communications.
Support key account registration and supplier interactions while fostering positive client relationships.
Event Coordination & Marketing
Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, including exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate event logistics, such as booking venues, ordering materials, and scheduling activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on commercial and ad-related tasks.
Technical Support
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers, troubleshooting product issues when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Multilingual skills (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) are an advantage but not required.
Open to recent graduates; 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor or related industries is preferred.
