Mr. Haugen brings 30 years of diverse experience in technology leadership. He started his career at Accenture where he was a manager for Manufacturing and High-Tech division. Mr. Haugen was recruited to lead Field Technologies at Interworld Technologies where he was instrumental in solution selling to fortune 100 executives. Following a successful IPO at Interworld, he founded Q Strategies where he attracted $35m in venture funding growing the business to more than 175 employees and a global customer base including NFL, Disney, Nike, and Toys R Us. Most recently, after selling Q Strategies Mr. Haugen spent 20 years at Microsoft leading large-scale engineering projects for Windows, Office, and Azure. Mr. Haugen graduated from University of Colorado with a degree in Economics and the University of Washington with a Masters in Computer Science.
